What can I return?
Any JamCast sign that is:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In the original packaging
- In like-new condition
- With proof of purchase (your order number is enough)
How do I start a return?
- Contact us with your order number to start a return.
- We email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the sign securely in its original packaging.
- Drop it off with the carrier named on the label.

When do I get my money back?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of the return reaching us, back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
To exchange, return the original and place a new order for the one you want.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
If a sign arrives damaged or does not work, contact us right away and we will send a replacement at no cost.
